          D-8-1 Visa

  What is D-8 visa ?

1

Visa that an individual receives by remitting more than KRW 100 million overseas to Korea, establishing a corporation, or investing in a domestic corporation.

2

Visa that an overseas corporation receives by investing more than 100 million won in Korea by dispatching executives and employees of the headquarters.

3

One employee can be dispatched per 100 million won (except when an individual invests)

4

If three or more Korean employees maintain employment for more than six months, one additional person can be dispatched (except if an individual invests).

5

An investment of 100 million won does not necessarily result in a visa, and the necessity of entering Korea must be explained.

6

It takes about 2 months from the start of the establishment of the company to the visa period.

7

The dispatched person must be at least an executive level to make it easier.

          Making D-8 visa

○ The procedure for establishing a local corporation is largely divided into four stages..
① Foreign Investment Reporting Procedure
② Company Establishment Registration Procedure (Individual Business Registration Procedure)
③ Business registration procedures (the competent tax office at the address of the established company)
④ Foreign-invested company registration procedure
○ In the case of foreigners, only foreign investment reports before company establishment registration and foreign-invested company registration are added after company establishment registration, and the rest are basically the same as corporate establishment procedures by Koreans.

Once all documents are ready, you can issue a visa or change your qualifications after making a reservation at HiKorea
