Answer
Dear Mr.H……,
Thanks for your inquiry.
This is David Lee who is person in charge of E7 Visa.
It is required to get a job first which is related to your major in order to apply for E7 Visa.
Moreover, you have to meet both of requirements for your side and company’s side.
-Requirements for your side
1. Bachelor’s degree + 1 year or more of working experience related to job field
2. Master’s degree or higher related to job field
3. Bachelor’s degree in Korean university – exemption from 1 year working experience regardless of major
4. Bachelor’s degree from Qs world top ranking 500 universities – exemption from 1 year working experience
-Requirements for company’s side
1. Annual income should be more than GNI X80% (32.4 million won) when you make an employment contract
2. You need to check company size and number of Korean employees, foreigners
(If the company is too small and Korean employees is less than 5 people, you will have lower chances of getting visa permission)
3. Employer must not default on national tax, local tax
Please let me know your educational background (degree, major) and your company (size, industry sector) in detail.
It would be helpful for me to check if you are eligible to apply for E7 Visa.
Awaiting your reply.
Best Regards
David Lee
